Our Policy

Our Policy: Please allow 1-3 Business Days for processing your order. Within the 1-3 business day time frame, you will receive your tracking number Via Email. We ship through USPS only. For United States orders, we offer standard shipping which takes a minimum of 3-5 days. For international orders, we offer standard shipping which takes a minimum of 1-2 weeks. If USPS is experiencing delays, please be patient as that is out of our control. If a package is sent back due to incomplete information, invalid address &/or etc, the customer must pay original shipping cost plus an additional $5.00 to have it resent. If USPS loses a package, this is out of our control and we will NOT be able to issue a refund but may offer a 10% discount (offered at our discretion) on a future purchase as a sign of good faith to our consumers.
